LONDON, United Kingdom. The UK will provide air-defense interceptors, drones, and artillery ammunition to Ukraine, including a £100 million contribution for Patriot missiles and other air-defense equipment through NATO’s Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL), the Ministry of Defence announced in a statement.

The air-defense equipment is scheduled for delivery before winter, while the UK also plans to continue supplying drones for counter-drone, reconnaissance, and attack missions, the statement reads. Britain has committed to providing more than 120,000 drones to Ukraine this year, with 25,000 delivered to date, according to the ministry.

The package also includes additional large-caliber artillery ammunition. The UK recently delivered its millionth large-caliber artillery round to Ukraine and plans to provide tens of thousands of long-range artillery rounds in the coming months, with funding from Britain, Germany, Denmark, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden, the statement says.
