On-demand webcast:
Aired live: June 28, 2017 11:00 AM EDT
Today’s military sensor and other high-performing processing systems generate massive amounts of data. Often, this sensitive or mission critical data is stored on Solid State Drives. While COTS SSDs can usually offer an attractive initial price, their short-comings for military applications often end up requiring time and work so that they can deliver the security, ruggedness, and performance required for most defense applications. That initial cost savings is lost and the added time and effort can lead to schedule risk.
In this webcast, you will learn about the differences between COTS SSDs and Secure Military-Grade SSDs. And here’s a hint: security must be embedded into the design of military systems. It’s the only way to obtain the highly desired CSfC listing granted by the NSA. In short, military data is valuable but secured military data is priceless!
