CHANTILLY, Va. Cybersecurity contractor Perspecta has completed the acquisition of DHPC Technologies (DHPC -- Woodbridge, New Jersey), a developer of electronic warfare (EW) technologies that is already a provider to the U.S. Army.
According to a company statement, Perspecta’s acquisition of DHPC further enhances the company's ability to support its customers with comprehensive EW capabilities in the areas of design, prototyping, deployment, integration, and testing across multiple domains, including manned and unmanned air, ground, and missiles. The transaction, says company officials, enables Perspecta to comprehensively address the emerging cybersecurity/EW convergence arena.
