Built around the emerging SWaP and rugged form factor standard VITA 75, the HPERC™ system's standards-based design provides a non-proprietary solution with ultimate cost/value ratio. The HPERC product line's rugged capabilities are ideal for ground, air, and sea deployments. The high performance, embedded, rugged computer system survives shock, resists corrosion and galvanic oxidation, and performs in the humidity of the jungle, the heat of the desert, and the bitter cold of frozen mountain passes.
Inside the tiny footprint of HPERC-IBR-MC and HPERC-IBR-MH lives the power of the 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor and optional GPGPU parallel processing engine. The HPERC-IBR-MC offers coldplate conduction cooling, while the HPERC-IBR-MH offers finned heatsink free air convection cooling.
Dual removable Secure Erase RAID-0 solid-state drives (SSDs) provide screaming 12Gb/s throughput and security for deployment in hostile environments. GPGPU sits on a 16-lane 3rd generation PCI Express interface. The HPERC system also reserves connector pins for expansion interfaces. Uniquely-keyed MIL-DTL-38999 connectors provide a wide array of fast IO, and easy configuration and expansion enables fast integration of custom rugged embedded applications.
