Missile Defense Agency awards technical and engineering contract to MacB

DAYTON, Ohio. Engineering and cybersecurity consultancy MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB) has won a technical and engineering services contract from the U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

Under the terms of the contract, a team from the MacB Mission Systems Group (MSG) will work on design and delivery of high-end technical and functional expertise to MDA’s Engineering Directorate, Test Directorate, and Acquisition Directorate. MacB materials reveal that a team of the company's domain specialists and subject-matter experts will provide advice, assessment, assistance, documentation, and recommendations for strategies, plans, and analyses for the MDA. Work will include providing assessments for policy development and decision tools for missile-defense baselines, acquisition planning, program management, engineering, testing, and small-business innovation/cooperative research.

The company says that work under the contract will be performed in mostly Huntsville, Alabama, but will also include locations in the D.C. region; Colorado Springs, Colorado; and Dahlgren, Virginia.
