VPX57-31 3U/DC VPX power supply released by North Atlantic Industries

BOHEMIA, N.Y. Company officials at North Atlantic Industries (NAI) released VPX57-31, a high power density, VITA 62 3U/DC VPX power supply. It is the latest 3U rugged VPX power product, which provides up to 400 watts of power with six outputs.
Engineers have designed the VPX57-31 to meet 3U VPX mechanical standard requirements and have VITA 62 compatible outputs and signaling, user programmability, I2C communication, and programmable over-temperature monitor. It is compliant with MIL-STD-704F, has a built-in MIL-STD-461, CE-102 EMI filter, and includes current share, remote error sensing.
“The VPX57-31 fulfills a unique requirement expressed by our customers by providing a high voltage (+270Vdc) DC Input within a VITA 62 compatible product while meeting stringent power requirements in a compact rugged COTS package,” says Lino Massafra VP Sales and Marketing.
