MARLBOROUGH, Mass. Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has won a modification worth $402.6 million to a previously awarded U.S. Navy contract to exercise options for Air and Missile Defense Radar Program (AMDR) low-rate initial production (LRIP); the modification will provide for three AMDR LRIP units.

The LRIP units are intended for deployment on the Navy's DDG 51 Flight III-class ships.

Work -- set to be performed in Marlborough, Massachusetts -- is expected to be completed by March 2023.
