LONDON. Increasing investment in modern warfare technologies and increasing use of electronic warfare (EW) is expected to fuel the growth of the military embedded systems market over the next 10 years, according to a recent report from Visiongain, "Military Embedded Systems Market Forecast, 2019-2029."
The military embedded systems market, the study's authors found, is expected to grow from $89.6 billion in 2019 to reach $233.2 billion by 2029, a combined annual growth rate of 10% over the forecast period.
The report states that military embedded system manufacturers are focusing on areas of innovation and technological advancement, with one important area being the promulgation of thermal cooling options to reduce heat emission and to keep systems functioning at peak performance levels, thereby resulting in enhanced speed and power efficiency of systems.
