Products to prepare for GPS/GNSS-denied environments debut at DSEI 2019

DSEI 2019--LONDON. Positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) solution company Orolia (Les Ulis, France) debuted its new line of simulation and interference detection and mitigation (IDM) products during this week's Defense and Security Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition in London.
As part of its portfolio announcement, Orolia introduced its latest advanced GNSS [Global Navigation Satellite System] simulator, the GSG-8 military-grade software-defined simulator that can accommodate dozens of algorithms to conduct system testing and simulation.
The company says that GSG-8 can be programmed to simulate operations with multiple GNSS constellations -- such as GPS and Galileo -- and can use both encrypted or proprietary signals. It may also be configured for wavefront and anechoic chamber simulation protocols to test antijam antennas and complete systems.
