NewsDecember 17, 2015
CHELMSFORD, Mass. Lewis Innovative Technologies, Inc. (LIT) has been acquired by Mercury Systems. The transaction terms have not been disclosed, but the acquisition is not expected to have a material impact on Mercury’s financial results for the second quarter or full fiscal year 2016, according to Mercury officials.
As embedded systems security becomes a requirement for emerging military programs, LIT's security solutions will enhance our leadership in the secure embedded computing, says Mark Aslett, Mercury’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
LIT will remain operating out of Huntsville, Alabama, officials say.
