WASHINGTON, D.C. -- 2024 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS). Connector company Samtec, Inc. announced that it will feature numerous live demonstrations of new and existing products specifically targeted at microwave and millimeter wave applications at the IMS 2024 conference, to be held June 16-21, 2024.

According to its preshow announcement, Samtec will introduce its new phase- and amplitude-stable Nitrowave cable assemblies, coaxial cables that are aimed at use in the defense, aerospace, data communications, computer/semiconductor, and instrumentation markets. The company will also demo its newly available BE90A (rated to 90+GHz), the latest product in its Samtec Bulls Eye high-performance test assembly series featuring a high-density space-saving design for use on smaller evaluation boards with shorter trace lengths.

In support of millimeter wave applications, Samtec will show its ganged Magnum RF product, aimed at use in space-constrained and high-frequency applications. Also at the booth: A new line of RF edge launch connectors spanning DC to 67 GHz with a narrow body design that is 33% smaller than traditional edge launch connectors, plus product and support offerings for VITA 90 VNX+.

IMS attendees may visit the Samtec booth at #1531.
