SIGINT engineering and signal processing company bought by CACI

ARLINGTON, Va. CACI International Inc. officials announced that the company has acquired LTC Engineering Associates, Inc., in Sarasota, Fla., which provides digital signals processing, cybersecurity, software engineering, signals intelligence (SIGINT), and communications intelligence (COMINT) to the intelligence and Department of Defense (DoD) communities.

The deal broadens CACI's capabilities in its command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR), cyber, and intelligence markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

LTC has about 50 associates and its calendar year 2014 revenue was $16 million. The acquisition is expected to be slightly accretive, given its relative size, to CACI's earnings per share during its first 12 months. CACI has more than 16,300 employees and 120 offices worldwide.
