ESTONIA. Milrem Robotics, a European robotics and autonomous systems developer, and Marduk Technologies, a provider of Counter-Unmanned Aerial System (C-UAS) solutions jointly launched a mobile autonomous C-UAS platform intended to offer protection against loitering munition and surveillance drones.

According to officials, the jointly developed system features the electro-optical C-UAS platform Marduk Shark and the THeMIS unmanned ground vehicle (UGV).

This mobile solution is designed to provide frontline forces with an independent ability to detect, classify, and target loitering munition and other flying objects. It is engineered with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models.

Officials claim that the mobile C-UAS platform can be integrated with kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems and with different sensors and effectors such as radar, radio frequency detector, jammer, laser, and others.
