BAE Systems adds $73 million option on Air Force ICBM contract

ROCKVILLE, Md. BAE Systems has secured a contract option worth nearly $73 million in its work to integrate the U.S. Air Force's Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) system.

 

The Department of Defense (DoD) reports that under the terms of the contract option, BAE Systems will provide systems engineering, technical assistance support, training, and development services for the weapon system.

Work under the contract is slated to be performed at Hill Air Force Base (Utah) through July 2018.
