U.S. Army's TITAN program to incorporate model-based systems engineering by STC

CHANTILLY, Virginia. Strategic Technology Consulting (STC) won a subcontract from Palantir Technologies to help develop the Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) ground station system, an advanced deep-sensing platform for the U.S. Army, the company announced in a statement.

This platform, powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML), is designed to enhance situational awareness for warfighters by processing data from multiple sensors, the company says.

Under the subcontract, STC will contribute to the creation of ten TITAN prototypes, including both advanced and basic variants. The effort will involve integrating new critical technologies and transitioning the system for field deployment. STC's role includes the utilization of its model-based systems engineering (MBSE) capabilities to streamline systems engineering processes and improve efficiency across the development team, the statement reads.

STC's involvement in the TITAN program began in January 2021, supporting the design and prototyping phases, and this subcontract marks a continuation of their efforts to support the Army, the statement reads.
