ORLANDO, Fla. EF Johnson Technologies, Inc. and Cobham officials announced at the 2016 APCO International annual conference in Orlando, Florida a new option to provide automated test and alignment capabilities for KENWOOD Viking portable and mobile radios.

Officials also announced this capability will be available on Cobham 3920B and the 8800 Series Radio Test Sets as well.

The procedure provides KENWOOD Viking radios fully automated test and alignment without the need for user interaction, officials say. The test system ensures the radios are tested and aligned in accordance with manufacturing specifications and industry standards.
