Polaris Alpha acquires Fourth Dimension Engineering

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. Defense/intelligence software vendor Polaris Alpha announced that it is acquiring Fourth Dimension Engineering, a cybersolution provider located in Columbia, Maryland. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Polaris Alpha -- according to company information -- consists of a constellation of expertise that focuses on navigating the increasingly complex battlefields of interconnected warfighting domains. Polaris Alpha officials say that the Fourth Dimension Engineering acquisition enhances Polaris Alpha’s technical leadership in the advanced cyber arena.

“Fourth Dimension has an incredible track record of delivering the most complex quick reaction cyber solutions,” said Geoff Bloom, executive vice president, Cyber and SIGINT, Polaris Alpha. “Combining their unique hardware expertise with Polaris Alpha’s complementary cyber and signals intelligence capabilities significantly increases the scale of our advanced cyber offering.”
