RF solutions for radar and EW from Altum RF to debut at IMS 2020

INTERNATIONAL MICROWAVE SYMPOSIUM 2020. Altum RF -- an Eindhoven, Netherlands-based supplier of RF to millimeter-wave semiconductor solutions -- is introducing several new products at the virtual IMS 2020 conference that are aimed at use in radar, electronic warfare (EW), and test and measurement applications.
According to a statement from Altum RF, it will show the ARF1307C7, a 1-20 GHz gallium nitride (GaN) distributed amplifier that delivers 10 watts of saturated output power; and the ARF1010Q4 (in photo), a 20-30 GHz 1 watt amplifier for 5G millimeter-wave infrastructure and 24 GHz industrial/scientific/medical applications.
