NAI's 75PS4 is a DC/DC converter that provides an exceptionally robust solution to the difficult problem of supplying clean power to upstream electronics, while operating over extreme conditions. This programmable, switching power supply accepts a +28 VDC input and is available in 75- or 150-Watt-versions.
With its dual microprocessor-controlled design and innovative architecture, the 75PS4 plugs directly into a 3U cPCI, 0.8" pitch slot and is conduction-cooled through the card edge/wedgelock.
Standard features include: continuous Background Built-in-Test (BIT); extensive monitoring capabilities; remote error sensing; and protection against transients, over-voltage, over-current, and short circuits. 50ms of holdup time @ 150W is available as an option.
This 75PS4 is specifically designed with NAVMAT component derating for rugged defense and industrial applications. It is also designed to meet the many harsh environmental requirements of military applications.
