Radar R&D firm acquired by SRC

SYRACUSE, N.Y. Defense R & D corporation SRC has acquired radar R & D company SAZE (Silver Springs, Maryland).
Paul Tremont the CEO of SRC, said of the move: “This venture will bring new capabilities to our extensive radar knowledge base. The result will be an accelerated timeline for delivering systems to our warfighters. This will be a great synergy of R&D cultures and we look forward to having SAZE employees join the SRC enterprise family.”
SAZE becomes a subsidiary under SRC Ventures, Inc. on July 1, with 11 SAZE employees becoming SRC employees; it is expected that this group will remain in the Maryland office and continue working on existing SAZE contracts while also supporting SRC efforts.
