CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa. Rockwell Collins, Inc. officials announced completion of the sale of the company's ARINC Aerospace Systems Engineering and Support (ASES LLC) business to Field Aviation Inc., a privately held U.S. company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.

ASES LLC offers logistical and sustainment capabilities in addition to aircraft modification, integration, and maintenance services for Department of Defense (DoD), government, business, commercial, and private customers.
