MELBOURNE, Fla. Harris Corp. won a $5.1 million order for their Falcon III multiband, multi-mission handheld radios from a NATO nation. The radios will enable line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight tactical communications for the country's armed forces personnel.

The AN/PRC-152(C) is a deployed Joint Tactical radio System (JTRS) Software Communications Architecture (SCA)-certified and NSA Type-1 certified handheld radio. The radio provides voice and data capabilities over the 30 MHz to 512 MHz frequency range and also supports SINCGARS, Havequick II, VHF/UHF AM and FM, APCO P25 and both DAMA and the new Integrated Waveform for satellite communications.
