BAE Systems will develop electronic warfare system for C-130J aircraft - News

ARLINGTON, Va. U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) officials tasked BAE Systems engineers to develop new electronic warfare system for the C-130J aircraft. The contract is the first phase to upgrade aircraft system survivability and the capability to detect, identify, locate, deny, degrade, disrupt and defeat threat systems in operational significant environments.

Air Force radar support program won by BAE Systems - News

WASHINGTON. BAE Systems won a U.S. Air Force Instrumentation Radar Support Program (IRSP) contract to give multiple agencies a wide range of radar support services. IRSP provides services across the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Energy, NASA, and at least seven foreign governments.

Marine Corps ACV 1.1 EMD contracts won by SAIC and BAE Systems - News

QUANTICO, Virginia. U.S. Marine Corps officials selected SAIC in McLean, Virginia, and Land & Armaments LP in Sterling Heights, Michigan, for the Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) phase contracts of the Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) 1.1 program. Each contract calls for solution is to be built from the ground up to be an amphibious vehicle.

U.S. Army procures APKWS laser-guided rockets for AH-64 Apache Helicopters - News

ARLINGTON, Va. For ongoing operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, the U.S. Army has procured an initial quantity of BAE Systems’ Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWSTM) laser-guided rockets from the Navy’s inventory to be deployed in AH-64 Apache helicopters. They are also working together to secure additional rockets to meet ongoing demands.

3-D radar system installed in Royal navy HMS Queen Elizabeth - News

LONDON. BAE Systems has finished installing the Artisan 3-D radar system onto the HMS Queen Elizabeth, the future aircraft carrier for the Royal navy. Installation took place late September taking the naval ship a step closer to sea trials.

ST. LOUIS. U.S. Air Force officials selected Boeing as the prime contractor to upgrade existing F-15 aircrafts with the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) and in a subcontract BAE Systems will develop and manufacture EPAWSS for Boeing. The initial prime contract’s estimated value is $4 billion.
