USMC extends Networking On-The-Move contract with PacStar - News

PORTLAND, Ore. The U.S. Marine Corps Networking On-The-Move (NOTM) program will receive additional PacStar 400-series products to enhance warfighter networking and communications capabilities while on-the-move. The new Marine Corps contract is worth $10.7 million and follows a separate $10 million contract announced in September.

The C-130J Super Hercules Maintenance and Aircrew Training System (JMATS) program has trained more than 10,000 personnel for missions including cargo transport, special missions, and aerial refueling.

Optical specialists Meopta will support vital line-of-sight technology for the BAE Systems CV90 Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) under the terms of a recent Memorandum of Understanding with defense and security company Saab. The agreement, signed at NATO Days 2017 -- held in September in the Czech Republic -- will cover potential local production of key components for the CV90?s fire-control system; Meopta and Saab are subcontractors on that system.
