THQ HYBRID CAPACITORS
Evanscap Hybrid capacitors are specified for high power in a compact, hermetic, tantalum package. Used for power interruption buffers, filtering and high current pulse generation, in 10V-125V ratings over -55°C to 125°C. High current capability, unlimited cycle life and environmental ruggedness with MTBF >5-million hours. Proven reliability with over 100 Aerospace and defense customers, worldwide.
TDD HYBRID CAPACITORS
TDD series Hybrid capacitors have the highest power density and current capability of any tantalum wet capacitor. Only 0.31" to 0.63" tall, minimizing space and weight. Extremely low ESR supports high currents with minimal voltage droop for high power pulsing applications like phased array radar and laser targeting. High energy density offers improved capabilities for power hold up and filtering.
HYCAP HYBRID CAPACITORS
HyCap Hybrid capacitors combine the traditional tantalum wet cylindrical leaded package with the higher energy density of Hybrid Capacitor technology. More capacitance per unit volume, lower ESR and higher vibrational capability than traditional tantalum wets. Ratings available from DSCC 93026 through DSCC 10004 and beyond. Many ratings available in High Temp configuration for operation up to 200°C.
