Milvpx-3U Milpower Source, Inc., is pleased to announce the new MILVPX series of VPX VITA 62 power supplies. The MILVPX series is specifically designed for defense applications and configurable to meet the unique operational requirements of the military to ensure operational readiness. Available in 3U, 6U and custom form factors, the MILVPX product family is ready to deliver exactly the right VPX power conversion solution for any application requirement.

The MILVPX Series DC-DC and AC-DC models feature a wide input range, multiple outputs, high efficiency (without derating) and operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. Input / output isolation, I2C control with over temperature, over current and voltage protection and fixed switching frequency (250KHz) are standard design features. All units include embedded EMI filters, eliminating the need for additional external components. Designed to meet MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-1275, the MILVPX series are ideal for high-performance defense and aerospace applications.

The MILVPX series of next generation rugged military cards include the VPX30600 a VITA 62 compliant 3U 600W DC/DC converter and VPX61000 a VITA 62 compliant 6U 1kW DC/DC converter. These true military ready VPX cards, as is the full MILVPX product family, are available in off-the-shelf configuration and can be rapidly customized according to a customer’s specific requirements.
