September FACE/SOSA Expo and TIM event moved to Spring 2021

SOLOMONS, Maryland. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic officials at the Open Group and the consortia they manage - the Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) and the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) - announced that the The Open Group FACE and SOSA Consortia Expo & TIM, originally scheduled for September 22, 2020 at the Holiday Inn Solomons Conference Center & Marina in Solomons, Maryland, the event will now be held Tuesday, March 23 at the same venue.

The event, sponsored by AdaCore, is a one-day technical exhibition and Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM) that features expert keynotes and presenters from government, academia and industry, as well as exhibits, and demonstrations. More than 50 companies will demonstrate the latest FACE Certified and aligned products to the FACE Technical Standard, and products developed to align with the SOSA Technical Standard Snapshot at the event.

Attendees will be a mix of government program managers and executives, branch and tech chiefs, engineers, Department of Defense (DoD) and acquisition communities, industry experts and influencers involved.
