U.S. Navy, USMC to receive centrifuge-based training by KBRwyle

HOUSTON. U.S. Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) picked KBRwyle to provide centrifuge-based training for all U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircrew including the Blue Angels.

Under contract, KBRwyle will conduct centrifuge-based flight environment training for approximately 600 students annually from the Navy's Blue Angels flight demonstration squadron, as well as the Chief of Naval Air Training, Naval Strike Air Warfare Center, and the Chief of Naval Air Forces and U.S. Marine Corps.

KBRwyle will provide all personnel, resources, facilities, and maintenance for this training, and will support routine Navy inspections to ensure the safety of its operations.

This work will be primarily performed at KBRwyle's office in San Antonio, Texas. The period of performance for this single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract is five years.
