The rugged ADEPT4000 is the first 1080p30 high definition digital video tracker with the capability to perform tracking, image stabilization and video compression simultaneously. It combines high performance with low latency simultaneous target tracking with any SD/HD-SDI or parallel digital video signal, electronic video stabilization, moving target detection and video compression.
In the connected battlefield, the world's armed forces are looking to deploy sophisticated computing capability ever closer to the leading edge. Measuring just 64mm x 54mm – 75 mm x 75 mm including connectors – weighing only 28 grams and consuming a mere 5W of power, the ADEPT4000 enables a powerful solution to be deployed in the confined spaces of unmanned autonomous vehicles and man-portable/handheld devices, increasing mission duration. Its small size also allows for a high degree of flexibility in board location.
The ADEPT4000 incorporates onboard serial links and Ethernet, allowing it to interface to most platforms, and is designed for easy configuration and device control with an intuitive web-based interface. An optional carrier card and carrier reference design is available to speed evaluation, design and integration.
