Sparton Corp. and Ultra Electronics Holdings -- working together in their ERAPSCO joint venture -- have been awarded subcontracts valued at $30.3 million for the manufacture of sonobuoys for the U.S. Navy. The award is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract release for sonobuoy requirements under ERAPSCO?s five-year contract.
