PARIS. At this year's Eurosatory, Rockwell Collins officials introduced its PSR-500 Perimeter Surveillance Radar (PSR), a high-resolution radar that is able to track and record in all types of weather.

The PSR-500 radar system adapts to the surveillance needs of different locations, officials say, because of its range and target behavior analysis algorithms. It's radar sensor can be combined with a camera allowing for multi-target, video visualization, and real-time recording. The radar system can be deployed at locations including airports, military, as well as public sites.

Rockwell Collins officials say the radar system requires less energy and emits low radiation, posing no health risk to the user.
