PARIS, France. Krauss-Maffei Wegmann (KMW) unveiled the BOXER tracked vehicle system at the EUROSATORY 2022 defense trade fair, marking its world debut, the company announced in a statement.

The BOXER tracked vehicle is an evolution of the BOXER system, featuring a tracked drive module that offers more protection and mobility, the statement reads.

The vehicle includes an experimental chassis with a new turret concept, with the potential for integration of various technologies and operational flexibility with 2, 3, or 4-person crews, the company says.

KMW also showcased the LEOPARD 2 A7's enhancements, which include the Trophy system for projectile defense, an upgraded power supply, new NBC and air-conditioning systems, and integration of C4 I systems, the statement adds.
