ORLANDO, Fla. The U.S. Air Force has awarded Lockheed Martin a contract to provide sustainment and upgrades for its fleet of 683 Sniper Advanced Targeting Pods (ATP). The five-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract -- which is valued at up to $961 million -- enables the Air Force to place orders for logistics, spares, software, and sensor enhancements to the pods.

ORLANDO, Fla. Lockheed Martin has signed six contracts with the U.S. military, with awards totaling $198.4 million, to improve training for C-130 aircrews and operators around the world. The C-130J Super Hercules Maintenance and Aircrew Training System (JMATS) program has trained more than 10,000 personnel for missions including cargo transport, special missions, and aerial refueling.
