ARCHBALD, Pennsylvania. Lockheed Martin won a $25.8 million U.S. Navy contract to manufacture and deliver Enhanced Laser Guided Training Rounds (ELGTR) and also refurbish reusable shipping containers and provide the associated technical data, to eventually extend ELGTR production into late 2018.
