Cubic Corp. announced that its Cubic Global Defense (CGD) business division received eight additional delivery orders -- totaling $16 million -- under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract to deliver immersive game-based courseware to support the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ship (LCS). Cubic's Orlando facility is responsible for the development efforts of the Immersive Virtual Shipboard Environment (IVSE) for LCS, in tandem with the U.S. Navy's Ready Relevant Learning initiative.
