INTERNATIONAL MICROWAVE SYMPOSIUM--IMS 2022, DENVER. Semiconductor company MACOM Technology Solutions debuted its expanded power-amplifier portfolio at IMS 2022, showing the MAPC-A1605 7.0-kW power amplifier and associated products that are aimed at use in high-power/high-voltage defense applications, including radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems.

INTERNATIONAL MICROWAVE SYMPOSIUM 2020. Three new wideband diode products -- the MASW-011111-DIE, the MAAV-011014-DIE and the MAAD-011038-DIE -- aimed at use in applications such as defense, aerospace, passive imaging, radiometry, and satellite communications -- were introduced by semiconductor maker MACOM  at the virtual International Microwave Symposium 2020.

INTERNATIONAL MICROWAVE SYMPOSIUM 2019--BOSTON. Semiconductor supplier MACOM Technology Solutions has announced a new wideband distributed amplifier, the MAAM-011275-DIE, aimed at use in in test and measurement (T&M) and communications equipment, with broadband frequency coverage from sub-6 GHz to mmW. The company launched the product at the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2019, held this week in Boston.

Officials at MACOM Technology Solutions Inc. are showcasing a new portfolio of wideband double-balanced mixers, covering the 8 ? 43 GHz and 18 ? 46 GHz frequency ranges, at the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) this year [Booth #1125]. The system delivers loss, high linearity and a wide intermediate frequency (IF) bandwidth that is suited for test and measurement (T&M), microwave radio, and radar applications.

Officials at MACOM Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc. entered into an agreement to sell the compute business it acquired in its AppliedMicro acquisition earlier this year to Project Denver Holdings LLC (NewCo), a new company backed by The Carlyle Group. Under the terms of the sale, MACOM will be issued a minority equity ownership interest in NewCo.
