ARLINGTON, Va. Uncrewed aerial and ground systems company AeroVironment plans to acquire Tomahawk Robotics (Melbourne, Florida), a company that creates artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled robotic control systems for use on and off the battlefield. 

SOF WEEK 2023 -- TAMPA, Fla. Athena AI, a Brisbane, Australia-based artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled soldier decision-support company, has completed its first export sale in partnership with Tomahawk Robotics, according to an Athena statement.

MELBOURNE, Florida. Tomahawk Robotics has won a $55 million full-rate production contract for the Flexible Cyber Secure Radio (FlexCSR) program from the U.S. Navy, according to a company statement. The contract includes a base year award of $28.4 million and four additional years for production, post-production support, and engineering services for the FlexCSR system.

MELBOURNE, Florida. Tomahawk Robotics has won a contract to provide a system that would allow Marines in the field to have universal robotic control of multiple unmanned systems, sensors, and payloads, the company announced in a statement.

MELBOURNE, Fla. Tomahawk Robotics has announced the award of the Radio Agile Integrated Device (RAID) Program through the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL). Program activities and deliveries will take place over the course of 2021 and 2022.
