Northrop Grumman Corp. has won a $95 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) to develop the first two increments of the Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART) system. Northrop Grumman's role during the 42-month project will be systems developer and integrator.

U.S. State Dept. approves possible sale of ISR aircraft to Kuwait - News

WASHINGTON. The U.S. State Department has made a determination approving a possible foreign military sale of King Air 350ER intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft to Kuwait for an estimated cost of $259 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale.
