Vehicle maker AM General has received a five-year, firm-fixed-price Foreign Military Sale (FMS) requirements contract from the U.S. Army Contracting Command to manufacture approximately 11,560 new High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWVs, commonly known as the Humvee). The total value of the contract is approximately $2.2 billion.
