Rockwell Collins, Inc. is selling its subsidiary, Kaiser Optical Systems, Inc., which produces spectrographic instrumentation and applied holographic technology and is based in in Ann Arbor, MI, to Endress+Hauser. Terms of the agreement were undisclosed. The sale is expected to be completed by early fiscal 2014 and then is subject to customary closing conditions.
