Salt Lake City. Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions won a contract to supply its COTS-based rugged Ethernet Router technology for use on an unmanned helicopter. Under the agreement, Curtiss-Wright will deploy its Parvus DuraMAR 5915 router product, which will enable IP data routing onboard the rotorcraft.

TEWKSBURY, MA. Officials at the Office of Naval Research (ONR) tasked Raytheon to further develop an Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR). The company's EASR concept uses existing Radar Modular Assembly (RMA) architecture that has been proven on Air and Missile Defense Radar (AMDR) platforms. EASR will be able to meet the performance needs of various candidate ship classes for ship situational awareness, self-defense, air traffic control, and weather monitoring.
