Officials at TCOM announced the creation of a Persistent Surveillance Solutions Center of Excellence (CoE) at its Manufacturing and Flight Testing Facility in Elizabeth City, N.C. The new CoE will include integration testing of platforms, payloads, sensors, and PED technologies in partnership with manufacturers from around the globe to further the development of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems.

Boeing delivers 14th P-8A Poseidon to Navy - News
