STRATFORD, Conn. Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin company, announced it will build six additional production CH-53K King Stallion helicopters under a new contract for the U.S. Navy. The additional aircraft are intended to further support the U.S. Marine Corps in its mission to conduct expeditionary heavy-lift assault transport of armored vehicles, equipment, and personnel to support distributed operations deep inland from a sea-based center of operations.

U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has awarded L3Harris Technologies an initial $82 million full-rate production order for its new Falcon IV AN/PRC-167 multi-channel manpack radio that is intended to provide Special Operations Forces (SOF) with advanced communications capabilities.

THAILAND. The sensor solutions provider HENSOLDT will equip the Royal Thai Army with its TRML-3D. This is the third TRML-3D ordered by the Royal Thai Army. The radar will be delivered in 2022.
