ST. LOUIS. The U.S. Air Force and Boeing completed all F-22 Raptor Mission Training Centers upgrades with the high-fidelity Constant Resolution Visual System (CRVS). Final installations of the high resolution imagery system into the F-22 simulators were done at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida.

FULLERTON, California. Latvian armed forces officials are procuring four improved Sentinel AN/MPQ-64 F1 air defense radars from ThalesRaytheonSystems. The Sentinel systems will complement Latvia's existing defense network by detecting, identifying, and tracking airborne threats such as cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

The initial prime contract’s estimated value is $4 billion.

Lockheed Martin Australia officials plan to open a submarine combat system laboratory in Mawson Lakes in November of this year to help support their pursuit of the Royal Australian navy's Future Submarine project SEA 1000 Phase 1.
