LEMOORE, Calif. Naval Air Station (NAS) in Lemoore, California welcomed four of the U.S. Navy's F-35C lighting II Joint Strike Fighter aircraft to the fleet. It is the first time a new striker-fighter variant has been deployed to a west coast-based squadron, the recently reactivated "Rough Raiders" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 125.
