The trials marked the assessment of the fourth generation of maritime Electronic Warfare (EW) systems in real-world scenarios.

The BlackKite infrared wide-area motion imagery (IR-WAMI) system was recently tested on a U.S. Army Group 4 uncrewed aerial system (UAS) at the Experimentation Demonstration Gateway Event (EDGE) 23, according to a statement from Logos Technologies, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems. This demonstration was held at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, the previous month.

Elbit Systems UK has won a contract from the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) to provide a series of Ground-Based Surveillance Radar (GBSR) systems to the British Armed Forces, the company announced in a statement. The GBSR systems, manufactured and developed in the UK and Europe, aim to bolster front line threat detection for a variety of end-users.
