Engineering research laboratory Draper won a $26 million (with all options) contract from the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to expand the capabilities of its uncrewed autonomous systems (UAS) software to perform chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) reconnaissance missions in collaborative teams and in unfavorable operating environments.

BILLERICA, Massachusetts. Teledyne FLIR Defense will supply an additional 1,000 Black Hornet 3 Personal Reconnaissance uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) to Ukraine, according to an announcement from the company. The order has been placed by Norway's Ministry of Defense, as part of their continued support for Ukraine's military efforts.
