ARLINGTON, Virginia. RTX and Shield AI entered a strategic partnership to integrate Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy system into RTX defense platforms, including loitering munitions and sensor suites, the companies announced in a statement.

TUCSON, Ariz. Raytheon announced that it won a contract worth $250 million with Japan's Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO) for ESSM Block 2 licensed production.

PARIS AIR SHOW. Pratt & Whitney (an RTX business) reports that it successfully completed a series of tests on its 3D printed TJ150 turbine wheel, which the company calls a "significant step forward" in its additive manufacturing capabilities, as the turbine wheel is one of the first rotating parts to be 3D printed.

PARIS AIR SHOW. Pratt & Whitney (an RTX business) announced at the Paris Air Show that it signed a contract with Dynetics (a Leidos company) to supply TJ150 engines that will be integrated with the Leidos "Black Arrow" small cruise missile. 

ANDOVER, Mass. Raytheon (an RTX business) reports that it signed an agreement with the U.S. Navy worth $646 million to continue producing AN/SPY-6(V) radars for Navy ships; this is the fourth option exercised from the March 2022 hardware, production and sustainment contract that is valued up to $3 billion over five years.

TUCSON, Ariz. Raytheon (an RTX business) won a contract worth $1.1 billion contract from the U.S. Navy to produce AIM-9X Block II missiles.
