CHARLOTTE, N.C. Collins Aerospace has been awarded a contract to supply the next generation Digital Terminal Control Systems (DTCS) under the Australian Defense Land 17 Phase 2 program. This is a follow on from the original Phase 1 program that Collins Aerospace has been supporting.  

BOISE, Idaho. Counter-unmanned aerial system (CUAS) company Black Sage has won a $950 million ceiling, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract with the U.S. Air Force for the maturation, demonstration, and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains.

The U.S. Army engaged a cruise missile target in a contested electronic attack environment during a developmental flight test using the Northrop Grumman Corporation Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS). The test demonstrated the integration of IBCS and the U.S. Marine Corps AN/TPS-80 Ground/Air Task-Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) system, also manufactured by Northrop Grumman.

WASHINGTON. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) deployed two tiny satellites to space June 30 that officials claim has begun communicating with ground stations. This is intended to be the first step on the way to an experiment that will eventually see them communicate with each other.
