LITTLETON, Colorado. Lockheed Martin has announced a new Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command's Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) to enhance Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) connectivity via space, according to the company.

MALTA, New York. The U.S. Department of Defense, through its Trusted Access Program Office (TAPO) and Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), has accredited the manufacturing facility of GlobalFoundries, allowing it to produce secure semiconductors for various aerospace and defense applications, according to a company statement. The facility has received a Category 1A Trusted Supplier status.

Amentum has won a five-year contract to aid the Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane (NSWC Crane) Strategic Systems Hardware Division in the modification and development of ground support equipment for managing and transporting Solid Rocket Motors (SRMs), flight vehicles, Common Support Equipment (CSE), and launch platforms, according to the company's announcement.
